Repurposing a beloved, local heritage building - a 1890 volunteer fire hall - into an atmospheric restaurant and bar concept, the team preserved a building of historic significance to the local community and a stand apart culinary outlet complimentary to the developer's adjacent branded hotel project.

 

The rich history of the site was leveraged into brand identity and interior design programming while F&B programming was competitively positioned to serve the urban visitor traffic and local resident base though all-day offerings and exclusive culinary events and experiences.
